It was a monday morning. At about 11.30, after the UEC English exam, i walked home. Forgot to bring my umbrella, and i had to walk under the sun to reach home. By the time i reached home, i was sweating all over. Today is just too hot. And as I opened my housegate, i looked forward to stand under the fan to cool myself and to see if "Genius Go Go Go" was on TV (I've been waiting to watch that for a month). But when the frontdoor was opened, guess what ?
No current...
AHHH !!!!! WHY ON EARTH IS THERE NO CURRENT ?!?! WHY ?! WHY ?! WHY ?! WHY ?! WHY ?! AHHH !!!!!
I had to sit down for 5 minutes to cool down. Ish. Then, i took a bath and looked at some old photos ,which made me quite happy. Read a few pages of bible and went to sleep ... at 12.30pm.
Sleeping was hard when it's so hot. Good thing I'm a guy and i can sleep without my shirt. That cooled a little. But still, it was very very very hot. I remembered dreaming that I was a pilot of a SPACESHIP ! seriously, i dreamt that.
Soon, it was 5pm. I woke up and found out there was still no current. Ish... But i did sleep. Then, as i reached for my phone and switched it on... guess what happened...
MY PHONE WAS LOCKED !!! AND NOW I CANT USE MY PHONE UNLESS I HAVE THE PUK NUMBER !!! AHHH !!!
Sure must be my brothers who used my phone to play. I already told them i've set a PIN number, but still they simply simply press the numbers, and now my phone got locked.
Try to imagine how insanely angry i was.
AHHHHHH !!!
Then Jasper (my pri 5 brother) came down, and unlucky for him, i scolded him for playing with my phone. I was soooo angry by then until i really felt like fire .
ARRGGH !!!
But, he went upstairs. And so, i tried to sit down and calmed myself again. And after i did that, i prayed to God again saying that im sorry for scolding my brother and how angry i got and also prayed that the current would come back. Amen...
Suddenly ! the kitchen lighted up ! the kitchen fan started to turn ! and everything electrical suddenly came alive ! Hooray !!! The current is back !!! Yes !!!
So, i straightaway went to online to type this. haha
PS - Imagine a 6-hour powercut at your house... It'll drive you mad.
